Forts and Slumber Parties

To start the blog off I thought I would talk about our latest adventure. I built Sky a fort yesterday and she had a blast all day! We played for hrs and of course when it came time for bed of course she decided she wouldn't sleep anywhere but her fort. So you ask yourselves, what did this mommy do? That's right, I slept on the floor inside the fort with Sky on one side and Kash on the other! We watched Tinkerbell on the nook, ate chips and cereal with marshmellows. Besides being extremely sore this morning it was a way fun night, I'm sure she won't let me take it down and we'll be sleeping in the fort again tonight!

    Love it!! You're very dedicated sleeping in the hut, I don't know that I would. Lol... Did your husband think you were nuts?

    Haha no, he felt bad. Sky was literally screaming her head off til we laid in her fort. And Kash has a way stuffy nose so I haven't slept much last couple of nights, but easier to sleep on the floor than deal with a screaming and puking 2 yr old, lol.

    Haha no, he felt bad. Sky was literally screaming her head off til we laid in her fort. And Kash has a way stuffy nose so I haven't slept much last couple of nights, but easier to sleep on the floor than deal with a screaming and puking 2 yr old, lol.
